“I’ve only ever ordered on DoorDash (I’m a bit of a homebody) but I was BLOWN AWAY by how good their sushi burritos are! Easily the best sushi I’ve had. All of the ingredients taste so fresh, even after the 15-20 minute drive to my house! I’m not a huge tea fan, but love popping bobas, so I just order it with extra sugar! Today, I tried their macarons and they were also unbelievably delicious. I am so glad to have this restaurant as an option in my city!“
“To start off the atmosphere is very refreshing and upbeat. It also is very clean. I got the soft shell crab to start with and it was a great portion on top of being delicious. I also got the 3 fish sushi tacos and let me tell you, I am a sushi connoisseur and they were delightful. The tortillas were the perfect thinness and the flavors popped in the tacos. It was honestly everything I could want or except in a raw taco. Owner was very nice and enjoyed our conversation. I totally recommend this place!“

I must have ordered take out 100 times and they are incredibly consistent in quality food and are always quick.Eating in the restaurant today was nothing less than excellent. When we found other establishments on New Scotland Ave closing their dining rooms by 9pm on a Saturday night, SakeCafe was graciously open, serving delicious food (we tried a little of everything from sushi to Udon) and with the best tableside service I've experienced in literally years. Oh, and the hot sake is splendid and at $6/bottle an unbeatable value. SO happy to know they are just around the corner. Sorry bao buns place but you lose, SakeCafe wins.“

The atmosphere is nice and the menu is huge which I don't mind. The tea should have been served in tea cups not glass cups. Keep up the good work. It's a new sushi restaurant so it will take time for them to improve. Come on in and try them out.“
“Unagi is the BEST Sushi place in the area! During the Coronavirus Pandemic, they were closed for a few months and my partner and I were forced to eat from other Sushi places and ugh. None of the other sushi places on the East side of the River are as friendly, fresh, or as customer-minded as these guys. We went to other other places where the portions were skimpy, food wasn't fresh, they forgot our chopsticks, soy sauce was expired, poor customer service, etc. We've NEVER had any issue with Unagi. Every time we order out or dine in the experience is a 10/10. My partner and I used to live 10 mins away from Unagi and we would get it about once a week. Now that we live closer to 30 mins away, while we may not get it once a week, we will definitely make the drive for Unagi. Nothing else compares. My favorite is the 50 & 50 Roll :)“

When I tell you that every single dish we ordered was packed with layers of flavors and we physically couldn’t hold ourselves back from “just one more bite”, I am not exaggerating. Each dish was prepared fresh with equally fresh and top-tier ingredients making every bite one worth savoring. I have enjoyed so many variations of Tom Kha up and down the East Coast, and in PDX but none come close to the deliciousness that we had tonight. Beyond the excellent food, you have the friendliest, fastest, and most attentive staff with the kindest service paired with a warm, welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Bangkok Kitchen just won our hearts and we are loyal fans that will be back again and again!“

However the menu online was slightly different than that in the restaurant as I was interested in trying a couple options that were not available upon arrival. That being said the selection was varied and the meals were above expectations. The dessert selection was decadent. A very solid choice for all.“
“Friendly staff that goes out of their way to make your experience great. They are very accommodating with regards to adjusting your meal to your tastes and/or needs. The food always tastes fresh! They even made us new, fresh spring rolls when we were delayed in picking up our order one evening, rather than just reheating them in the microwave or some other method that would compromise the quality. “Many of my favorite dishes are foreign cuisine changed up for an American audience--the Philadelphia roll, General Tso's, Taco Salad, BBQ chicken pizza. You might not think the reverse would appeal to someone like me, but I love Kong Dog, which is basically hot dogs and mozzarella sticks made to appeal to Koreans. The dogs and cheese sticks are excellent, savory, sweet, crunchy AF. I highly recommend this place.“
