My kids love chipotle, this location after 6 is bound to have run out of main ingredients. No chicken, no guacamole, no beans. Also the tables are always dirty and drinks are frequently out. Seems that the operations needs to be adjusted to accommodate the volume of customers

Had a couple of employees that were not well versed in customer service, but I haven't seen them there again. Food is good, service is quick. The main complaint I have is the condition of the dining area. This store is busy most of the time, and people are slobs. While I can lay blame on them for not having someone out to clean tables and drink station, it is also the customer who don't need to leave a total mess behind. Sticky tables, food left, just pick up after yourself....

hard working, dedicated employees tasked with an impossible demand, you NEED to staff your store more, and hire more people. this is ridiculous and likewise why the reviews and employee retention rate are down. this is unacceptable and you all need to do better at staffing and supporting your employees.
