I can't really eat here because of my gluten and dairy allergy, but before I had celiacs, I loved their food. They still have allergy friendly options just not as much.The customer service is great. Very helpful and patient. It is a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. It's clean and I love the outdoor sitting area, especially autumn time. I used to dine in or order if I was in a rush. Best Panera I’ve been to in a while! The manager was engaged with staff and so pleasant with customers. I also love that this location still has booths. The Glenmont location has a complete different feel since the renovation.

Every time I've been here, there has been something small wrong with my order. The food isn't prepared consistently, but it usually tastes good. It's hard to find a clean table if you want to eat there. The order kiosks are nice to have.
