We love panera- but very disappointed to be told they no longer offer sit down coffee mugs. We both work from home and love to enjoy a morning at panera- but now that you cant drink out of a real coffee mug....

The soap dispenser in the ladies bathroom is ALWAYS broken!!! How can you expect clean food prepared for you if the soap in the bathroom is never fixed!!! How hard can it be to call someone to FIX IT PROPERLY!!! Disgraceful! Tables, benches and floors ALWAYS dirty! MANAGEMENT/OWNER.....take notice and have some pride in your location!

Panera used to serve food that was slightly better than hospital food. Now what they serve is slightly better than prison food. Also the system for gift cards was down, but of course it worked just fine when they took real money from somebody.

Paneras coffee is colored water, it’s not actual coffee. I got a dark roast that wasn’t dark nor roasted. You’re also paying a lot of money for the portions you get.

There was really nothing on my 11$ sandwich. I can count everything the dam it was a shot of mayo with 5 little pieces of spring mix .that and a coffee was 13.60$, never going back. We'll get it the Auki way every time facts ? ?

Absolutely the worst Panera out there. Ordered Chipotle Avocado Melt. Next to nothing on it. Thin layer didn't even cover the roll. When I approached the manager, I was told that due to their food costs, she couldn't put anymore on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PANERA.

Though 75% of the decor was as expected, there was high traffic, dirty tables, super small portions and disappointing taste. Panera is not what I remember it to be.

I can't really eat here because of my gluten and dairy allergy, but before I had celiacs, I loved their food. They still have allergy friendly options just not as much.The customer service is great. Very helpful and patient. It is a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. It's clean and I love the outdoor sitting area, especially autumn time. I used to dine in or order if I was in a rush. I also have to say they are very kind to the delivery drivers. I do door dash and have to pick up a lot from there. Very organized.

Best Panera I’ve been to in a while! The manager was engaged with staff and so pleasant with customers. I also love that this location still has booths. The Glenmont location has a complete different feel since the renovation.
