The service at the Rensselaer Chili's restaurant is pleasant and attentive. The food served is good value for the price. The ambiance is as expected. This is a good family restaurant.
Three of us stopped for dinner. Placed was full but under-staffed. The waitress/bartender was great. We watched her throughout our nearly 1 hour wait from order to serving. She was attentive to our needs. The restaurant is fortunate to have an employee like her. Give her a raise I say! Food was very good. Despite the under-staffing issue, we will return.
I thought I got scammed into eating chili's food, but I was pleasantly surprised.I ordered around 5:30pm on a Thursday, the food sat with me for 20 minutes before I opened and ate it. The fries weren't very crispy because they were steaming for awhile, but I had one fresh before I started driving and they were pretty good!The wings are a decent size & the apple bbq sauce was good too. Until I get a bad experience, I'll leave this at 5 stars. I would go to Chili's...
