I waited 35 minutes to receive 2 hamburgers fries and a drink. When received the food was cold. Upon entering the store the place was complete chaos. Employees running around screaming at eachother. All of which were rude.

Found an employees used discarded glove inside my child’s happy meal container. Super disgusting. Left a voicemail for the general manager and a callback number.also sent a complaint along with the photo proof to corporate. This is not a clean facility if employees are throwing their used equipment in meal containers, especially things they used on their bodies like gloves.

Had the worst Burger I've ever had today at McDonald's Quarter Pounder with cheese supposed to be cooked fresh definitely was not cooked fresh the screwed up they said their bun steamer was down this is North Greenbush McDonald's I would stay away from there it was horrible. Plus went there yesterday the service was so bad I waited for 10 minutes at the counter never even took my order play Stephanie has an employee problem people speak in Spanish not understanding English it's like Joe biden's McDonald's McDonald's from hell stay away from this place not good.Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of wheelchair accessibility at McDonald's.

I worked at this mcdonalds for over 10 years before yall went back to corporate your employees leave people at the speaker for over 10 min before asking them to hold on ask for burritos at 920 am today and get u don't have them cause Noone can make them yet there on sale and take literally 5 sec to roll..hmm also quick to close thw windows with no hello or thank you and no napkins or condiments get on the game.this is riculous customer service

I'm not happy with the service I received that McDonald's today. Their manager failed to update the POS system, Which prevented work flow to work efficiently, And resulted in several customers not getting their orange juice. These customers are left with no refunds or compensation just a replacement drink which probably led a difference of $2.50 Lost from their wallet forever. When I was told that there was no orange juice I was told by someone who doesn't speak english, The language gap prevented me from understanding what she said and vice versa, i asked for money back, and she brought me a lemonade, which I didn't drink, and since she didn't speak English, I didn't stick around to get my refund, since I already waited 10 minutes for my food, and I was in a rush... this turn of events could have been circumvented with better management.

Drive-thru and then went into use the restroom. My food was cold and staff seem half dead. This was during peak lunch hours. Not sure what's going on in there. No soap in the restroom so wonder how staff are washing their hands?

I come here almost every day and place my order through the app. They provide excellent service usually. Not much waiting time nor incorrect order.But today, 15April2024, there was this lady at food handout window, window #2, in the drive thru, she was very rude to me. Firstly she got my order wrong. And then when I drove around and came back to show her, she said I was wrong, and when I opened my app and showed her the order, she shrugged her shoulders, slammed the window door. She was very rude to me. And I had to ask her again for a straw.Informed the manager but the way she behaved is really forcing me to write a review because I definitely don’t deserve such bad attitude from her.I hope the management looks into this.
