I worked at this mcdonalds for over 10 years before yall went back to corporate your employees leave people at the speaker for over 10 min before asking them to hold on ask for burritos at 920 am today and get u don't have them cause Noone can make them yet there on sale and take literally 5 sec to roll..hmm also quick to close thw windows with no hello or thank you and no napkins or condiments get on the game.this is riculous customer service
I'm not happy with the service I received that McDonald's today. Their manager failed to update the POS system, Which prevented work flow to work efficiently, And resulted in several customers not getting their orange juice. These customers are left with no refunds or compensation just a replacement drink which probably led a difference of $2.50 Lost from their wallet forever.
