Great Korean food, made fresh to order. The customer service is top notch, with homey vibes also. They never disappoint with the food. I highly recommend one of the best in the capital region.
I’m an avid fan of supporting local businesses, particularly restaurants. Came in today to try the crispy chicken bowl. The chicken was fried well but the rest of the dish felt very cheap. It tasted simply like fried chicken topped with ketchup. The salad had a bit too much dressing making it hard to eat. It was over plain jasmine rice. Nothing ‘wrong’ but nothing special either. The cashier was also quite monotonous and could’ve had a smile, but that’s beside the point.
The food was wonderful until I bit into a twist tie. I think one of the cooks, an older gentleman, was disgruntled. I bought a homeless meal ticket and he made a weird joke about me buying him something and I said no, said I don’t got it like that but unless you’re homeless and that ticket is for you, I won’t do that. Despite this, the atmosphere is decent and cashier was great, he didn’t seem like he’s new. Keep him. He’s great with people and clearly loves the food...
