A nice cafe in a charming town. We arrived at the beginning of December for the beginning of winter celebrations. We enjoyed delicious cakes and good coffee. I will come here again next year.
What an awesome bakery and coffee shop. All of their breads and pastries are five star quality. Their bagels are as good as any I've ever had. My only concern, they ran out of take out "shmear".

Decent bakery but nothing special. Looks better than it tastes. The bread is good but the sandwiches and pastries are fairly bland. I don't usually hesitate to pay high prices at bakeries, but to be honest, this place would never hold its own against similarly priced bakeries on the West Coast. The canele tasted alright but easily at the bottom of my list compared to others I've eaten. I don't think they'd survive long in Portland or San Francisco.
