My husband & I were in the area for a Sunday out. This is a cute local place. Very clean & nicely decorated. Our server was very nice & recommended the Birria tacos, which I did order, & they were very tasty. We had ordered chips & salsa & before we were done w them & about 10mins before our food came the busser removed it from our table?! My husband & I were like ??!! What on earth! Gaby's is the best Mexican Restaurant in Rhinebeck and Red Hook. They do solid fresh food. Their fish is always fresh and well cooked. Their salsas are also flavorful. Their menu is dominated by 'higher-end-quality' tex mex dishes, So, if you are not daring, but want a good meal, this menu will deliver.
