I was excited to eat at Gaby's, and was very very disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas verde with shrimp. To put it bluntly, it was terrible. The shrimp was rubbery and tasteless, frozen and thawed out, with absolutely no flavor or seasoning. The shrimp was cut up into small pieces and rolled in a corn taco. Overcooked rice with a smattering of frozen peas on top. Beans were just ok. And if that weren't bad enough, they charged an additional $6 for the shrimp, $28! Shameful! We asked for a small salsa to go to take with the leftover food my friend had and they wanted to charge us for it. I will NEVER eat there again. Avoid.
