Most everything was amazing and delicious..The caviar frites, unfortunately, were so oversalted, they were inedible..(.I say that as someone who always asks for salt at places that don't have it on the tables) The cocktails were wonderful, as were the rabbit and schnitzel, ( what kind of witchcraft is that gf breading!?wonderfully crisp)oysters fresh. Ended up at Pretty to Think So after realizing basically half of Rhinebeck closed early for Memorial Day 😭
Eric and Jessica took really good care of me. I had the duck and it was honestly excellent. One of the cocktails just wasn’t my thing, and they were super kind about switching it out for a glass of wine instead.

Pretty to think so offers excellent food and a great cocktail menu in Rhinebeck. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, creating an intimate space perfect for a date night. The mixologist crafts unique and tasty drinks like "don't go until you get some" and "never fully dressed," with the bartender creating magnificent cocktails that are delightful to watch. The food is generally excellent; the honey roasted carrots and roasted chicken stand out, while the shrimp cocktail and Squash bread are delicious small bites. The cod and clams dish was super delicious, and the sweet corn risotto, though not very appetizing in appearance, was delicious as well. The bar service can be a bit slow, but overall, it's a wonderful spot with great food and drinks for an unforgettable night out.
