Our restaurant of choice was closed so we discovered this place - what a gem! Everything well themed together to give an authentic Mexican vibe - music, decor and staffing . We had a chimichanga that was so flavorful and light along with black beans and rice. Definitely a winner!
Gaby’s has become our favorite Mexican food restaurant between Poughkeepsie and Kingston, New York. They have an extensive menu, reasonable prices, and a service oriented staff. If you choose to patronize this establishment, be sure to order the guacamole.

Came in for lunch on a Tuesday, and this place seems to have a lot of seasoned regulars.
Everything was fresh, well portioned, and innovative. I loved the way they wrap their tacos for ease of eating.
Returned on cinco de mayo and they had a live mariachi band playing.
