Food grade is low and bland. The Service was slow and moody. Definitely not as good as years ago. Pass!

Ordered chicken noodle soup for takeout. Got home and realized I received a cup of broth with no chicken or noodles. $19

Was there for my birthday with about 10 other people. The waitress seemed to be in a bad mood and was very rude. That I can deal with but after we were done and paid ( our bill was over 400 dollars) we paid left a generous tip walked outside and the lady came out and yelled at us saying we didn't leave enough tip. I'm like what the heck!!! Are you serious? We left more than enough!! Needless to say we will NEVER go back there again!!! So rude and uncalled for!!!

Very good meals. The hibachi chef was fun. The waitress did her job, but did not have much of a personality. We did enjoy our meal.

Last night we were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation. I called here when my local hibachi was too busy to accommodate my family. This is the number one hibachi upstate New York by far. Beautiful atmosphere clean facility. Understandable and wonderful staff. I'm not sure who posted on here about them not understanding What you're saying. Because you're full of it LOL. When I ask for noodles. And then I asked if I could have rice as well they informed me at that time that the rice was extra as an extra price so I'm not sure what your problem was but I had no problem understanding them. Superfriendly staff awesome hibachi chef. I can't say one bad thing.
Remember have fun with what you're doing, And keep it real because you know I do with each and every review.
Kid-friendliness: The hibachi chef even interacts with the kids when it comes to the saki shots but uses water instead it was really awesome so the kids feel like the adults. Post they have a full kids menu.

The food was wonderful. Hibachi is always fun. The only thing I didn't like was the push to add fried rice without an explanation that it was an extra cost. The chef was personable and friendly. We will return. My so recommends the soba noodles. I love Asian cuisine.

I went here for the first time thinking I was going to have a good experience and eat good food, I’ve been to plenty of hibachi’s places before so I usually know how to order. I ordered a shrimp fried rice hibachi but they brought out a plate with noodles and shrimp, and rice as the side. I then said something about it but told me “you should have known that when you ask for shrimp fried rice hibachi , that it comes with noodles and the rice is on the side. You should have just said you wanted rice instead of noodles” I then proceeded to ask for the check and got out of there. Also I didn’t get not one refill on my drink and the ice had been melting in my glass for a while. The food was actually not too bad but the customer service sucks and they obviously didn’t care to give me a replacement plate with rice instead of noodles, they refused and like I said , told me that “you should have known already” when it was my first time there. Really disappointing

Loved the red dragon roll and the angry dragon roll. The combos are also a great deal for the sushi, soup, and salad. Would come back!

Staff was rude, cooks were not interactive. Price was HIGH! We had a large party of 17, they woudlnt split the bill for us so we all paid cash and had $80 set aside for the tip, paid and left! We were chatting outside when the one lady walked out and said we didnt leave enough for a tip! (Our bill was about $500.) Your better off going to Golden Giza in kingston!
