It was our first time visiting Rhinebeck and we had a very enjoyable dining experience at this small but cozy and busy restaurant. The owners are super friendly and social. We saw all 3 generations of the owners family at the restaurant. The owners gave us free mochi ice cream and our kids absolutely loved it. We found we had many things in common and we can’t wait to bring our family here when we visit Rhinebeck again!

Sushi was good, but not up to my personal standards.

I generally enjoy sashimi and a la cart options. The selection here seemed minimal, compared to what I’m used to.

Will check a craving box, but would not recommend for a true sushi connoisseur.

Osaka is one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to < upstate or downstate :- ) >. This family owned and operated gem makes you feel like you are at a friend’s house for dinner…. Beginning the first time you dine in or out, they take the time to know your name, your food preferences and continue to treat you like a royal guest each time.
Sit at the sushi bar and chat it up with Chef, or go with a group of friends…. I think my favorite is...
