Traveling through on a road trip from Manhattan and I can say this is without a doubt one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Phenomenal flavor, perfect crisp and professional people serving it up!

I am a native New Yorker and I take my pizza very seriously which is why I was skeptical the first time I went to Posto pizza. I thought no way could it better than Johnnys on bleaker or Roberta’s but OMG it is!! Hands down the best pizza I’ve had. The staff is always charming the pizza is mind blowing if I’m upstate and with in an hour of Posto you better believe I’m making a stop at Posto Pizza. Absolutely fabulous and not obnoxiously priced!! Thanks guys for doing what you do!!!

Pizzeria Posto in Rhinebeck serves amazing pizza! The crust was perfectly charred with a chewy but tender dough. And the sauce was so delicious! It took me back to the pizza my Neopolitan Nonna used to make in her bakery's brick ovens. Love this place!

First time visiting while on our honeymoon and we had such an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and so personable, there's light jazz playing through the restaurant, comfortable seating, delicious food, and of course that beautiful oven! Simple, quality ingredients made for such an incredible meal. We had the Caesar salad, the Mama Mia pizza, and the Margherita pizza. Every bite was packed with flavor! The dressing for the salad is made in house, lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the perfect ratio of croutons. Fresh bread with olive oil for the table. The red sauce has the perfect hint of sweetness to it and the crust, the crust has the right amount of saltiness to it. Could not have asked for a better meal or overall experience! Plus, the owner is so so kind, making pizzas, chatting with guests, and seating them when the rest of his staff is helping other patrons. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality wood fired pizza, you can't go wrong with anything here! We'll definitely be returning!

Pizzeria Posto is a solid spot for pizza lovers! The crust here is absolutely fantastic—perfectly crisp on the outside with just the right amount of chewiness inside. The toppings are top-notch, too. They tasted super fresh and well-balanced, with each ingredient really shining through. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients.
Service-wise, it was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering too much. It’s the kind of place where you feel well taken care of but still get to enjoy a relaxed meal. If you’re looking for a place that nails both crust and flavor, Pizzeria Posto is definitely worth a visit!

My friends had been to Posto but my husband and I had not. We were both pleasantly surprised. Getting good pizza these days easy not easy, but Posto checked off all the boxes. As many comments have stated, the pizzas were cooked just right, with the right amount of crispness to the crust and a great tomato sauce/mozzarella combination leading to a great mouthfell. The staff was great but the music was bit on the loud side for most of the evening.
