This is, probably, without exaggeration, the best pizza I have ever had. It's also a relaxed and cozy place to have dinner in town with my family. The owners and pizza makers are kind, and take pride in their work.
My husband and I were visiting Rhinebeck, NY from Philly and we enjoy trying different pizza restaurants while we travel in both the USA and in Italy. This pizza was excellent, the sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced and the crust was spot on, a little crispy but you could still fold the pizza when eating. Ideal! This pizza rivals some of our favorite spots in Philadelphia and in Italy. A must try when you are in Rhinebeck!!
