It's in Rhinebeck and it's in a cellar.Inventive and satisfying, the non-alcoholic cocktails here go beyond the usual. Standouts include the spicy-sweet Angry Bee Tea and smoky Penicillin, both full of depth. Even the Sour Shandy surprises with pickle brine for a bold, refreshing twist.

I have been to many bars throughout the Hudson Valley. Different bars serve different purposes. Rhinecellar is my wife and I's favorite cocktail bar for datenight. It's cozy, the staff is very friendly, the drink menu is fantastic, the barstaff value well made cocktails and each one is fantastic.

This has the best cocktail Iâve ever had. I think itâs called âIn a pickleâ. Itâs basically a margarita with pickle juice - and it is amazing (if you like margaritas and pickles that is). I love this place. We played about 10 games of pool and drank a lot. Jenny is the best! Weâll be back next time weâre in town.
