Classic and high quality cocktail speakeasy right on Market Street. Exactly the kind of vibe Rhinebeck needs. I only wish they were open earlier on the weekends during prime shopping/farmer's marketing/brunching hours!
The RhineCellar is hands down one of the best spots in Rhinebeck! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an incredible atmosphere and top-tier hospitality. The staff is amazing—special shoutout to Celab, Taylor, and my great friend Jenn, the owner, who always knows how to set the tone for a great time.

It's in Rhinebeck and it's in a cellar.Inventive and satisfying, the non-alcoholic cocktails here go beyond the usual. Standouts include the spicy-sweet Angry Bee Tea and smoky Penicillin, both full of depth. Even the Sour Shandy surprises with pickle brine for a bold, refreshing twist.
