I was in yesterday and always seem to have issues with 2 ladies that work there. They are mother and daugter and their attitudes are HORRENDOUS. They gave me a drink that was made at least 20 minutes prior to me ordering and took the sticker off as well. They handed it to me before I even paid and my drink was the LAST thing I ordered. There was barely any ice and I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I got to the car due to getting so many other items/drinks. I went back in and spoke with the daughter. She looked nervous to come up with a lie so quickly and disrespectfully. Everyone else that works at this starbucks, are the SWEETEST people. I will not go get my daily starbucks if the mother daughter duo is working and I know that is the case for A LOT of customers as well. I have worked in customer service for over 6+ years and would NEVER treat or speak to customers the way they do. Let alone how they bully the people they work with. Very sad.

Never place a mobile order. I sat in the store for 30 minutes watching people come in and order at the counter and get their drinks made before they finally got around to making mine. They even got mad at me when i asked if my order had gone through. Ive been here many times before and they have been pretty good at getting things done but recently its just gone downhill

Tucked in a corner of a huge Tops Grocery. Efficient, friendly, funny staff...got our big order right while taking care of other customers too. Kids made fun of me for telling the staff I thought they were great. ?♂️Vegetarian options: Egg white spinach breakfast wrap

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is really friendly and I’ve never gotten a bad drink here, whether is a frappuccino or a lemonade or a regular cold brew. They’re an amazing team. I know how rude people can be at Starbucks, let alone one in a grocery store where they’re already stressed and tired, so whatever this team is getting paid it’s not enough!

Was picking up my coffee this morning and the group of employees were loudly gossiping i assume about a mutually disliked person, they jokingly and loudly said "we should have a lynching!". Normally I have pretty low standards, I don't care if staff anywhere is inattentive, I don't complain if they get my order wrong (which as this location they almost always do), I would even find it juicy and entertaining to overhear some workplace drama from the group of people literally blocking me from picking up my drink from the little to-go order pickup area. But hearing these words flippantly shouted (literally) across the store gave me a feeling of disgust. I interrupted them and was like "seriously? lynching? that's horrible." and they all just blankly stared at me. Honestly this starbucks sucks. and my drink sucked. Unless you wanna hear white ladies loudly joking about how they wanna "have a lynching", avoid.

I'm not a fan of Starbucks as a corporation because they support domestic terror like black lives matter and they are anti-policeBut since this Starbucks is in a supermarket they are really just pouring Starbucks coffee and I needed one todayFrank and his team we're awesome this morning very fast efficient and friendly.But it really is time to open the little seating area, stop letting Joe Biden and Dr fauci run your lives

Stop in everyday to one of the Starbucks locations. Always order the same item. Today Asley who was rude tried to charge a dollar more for foam on my usual drink when questioned- she was rude and sarcastic. Will not go back to Rhinebeck location!! She is the first one at Rhinebeck to be so RUDE and argumentative. No customer service.

Every single person who works at this location is miserable. All of them are rude and seem as if they hate their job. No one can remember the price of drinks and they take obnoxiously long to look in their drink log. They need new hires there asap.
