“So, me and my brother went in there with a 20$ gift card. Our total came out to be 17$. They gave a free 10 piece nugget, love it thank you, and then when our card declined 3 times.(they were having card issues) they gave it to us for free. No it won't happen to most people but I am very thankful. I tried to play with cash, but they rejected it. So thank you very much to the Staff at my Local McDonald's!! Love you guys so much!! And they only asked for us to do the survey!“

“I went to the drive-through on 7/7 around 8:30 in the morning. Come to find out that there was only one person working. I patiently waited in line because I was hungry and I needed food and it only took about 15 minutes for her to get through the line when I arrived. There were about four cars in front of me and probably three other people on the other side of the drive-through, she says at the speaker that she apologizes, but there was only one person working. I apologize to her and showed her kindness. She did amazing this one person was able to get all those cars, food and drinks as they needed with a kind voice and a smile On her face. I know some people were probably very upset about the wait, but it is a new business new employees and for what it’s worth this one employee did a fantastic job. I wish I caught her name.“
