Terrible delivery service and customer service they never showed up after waiting a whole hour instead of calling and saying no delivery

Disgusting food and even worse staff. After the father retired the new staff is horrible.

I always loved the soul warming Chinese cuisine from NYC the past 40 years.
I am back in my city from wondering around the world and always so thrilled to find an old time Chinese eatery. Yesterday I stopped for the first time at The Golden Fountain Kitchen located in private nook. I was in Chinese heaven. The food was fantastic and the owner was so friendly, polite and so welcoming. There is a very comfortable seating area. The atmosphere is serene and pleasant. This is my place to eat and also feed my soul. 𝓣𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓴 𝔂𝓸𝓾 🙏

Honey chicken was not uncooked and unprepared like they took the ingredients put them in a container and gave it to us

Terrible decision, my husband and I got food poisoning from the food.

Food isn’t as good as years ago they had giant Egg rolls years ago if anyone remembers it’s sad that the food quality isn’t as good as it used to be and I think the prices are ok

Not the same food from years ago. Very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. Boneless ribs were dry with no sauce. Shrimps were mushy. Egg roll was not crispy. Rice was bland. Horrible!!!!

I went out of my way to go to this place and I was left unsatisfied. Don't think I'll be giving it another try... I recommend Hong Kong Gourmet get the coconut shrimp

Good people here, chicken wings and general tso is very good. They dont use yellow rice for their fried rice which makes them unique. I think their general tso is the best in Kew Gardens. Broccoli and beef is also tasty

I was really disappointed in the restaurant. I ate at this place when it was originally across the street. They relocated to Brooklyn and returned to the current location. I traveled from Cali to find out that they don’t cook Lobster Cantonese or the crab. It was their signature dish. I can’t say I would make a special effort to return there again . ?

I've been eating here since they were across the street. I used to drive from Brooklyn to come here. Now, I have to drive over 900 miles for the best Chinese food in NYC. Looking forward to my next visit.
