The venue is a great venue with excellent amenities and lots of space, providing a much better experience compared to other places. Management is professional and courteous, and the staff is very helpful from the time of scheduling the event to the end. Food and beverages are top of the line, with options like chicken parmesan and chicken wings, and a chocolate fountain. The bar offered many drinks. The venue could use some maintenance and renovations, particularly in the bathrooms, which are described as old and cramped. The entrance has a step that is difficult to see. Overall, the banquet hall provides a satisfactory experience with room for improvement.
