V&As Pizzeria: my favorite pizzeria in Richmond Hill.

Don’t let the looks fool you—Vincent and Andrea’s Pizzeria is a hidden gem. The pizzas are fresh-made and absolutely delicious, with the perfect crust, sauce, and toppings. The chicken wings are crispy and full of flavor, and the steaks are tender and perfectly cooked. If you love Italian food, their pasta dishes are near perfection, just as good as any high-end Italian restaurant.

The staff is super friendly, making every visit enjoyable. And the best part? The value is amazing—you get top-quality food for a great price. This is my go-to spot whenever I’m hungry, and it never disappoints. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!

I love this pizzeria and it makes me sad to leave it one star. Normally I don't leave negative reviews but it needs to be said. I have worked for a medical office very close to the location of this pizzeria. Several times a month order food from them. I get the same order every single time. So much so that they know my order without me having to say it. Large grilled chicken greek salad with no red onions and balsamic vinegar dressing. Several times they would mess up my salad and leave the red onions in it. I never once complained. Today I placed an order and was in a meeting when the order arrived. But I noticed immediately they forgot the dressing because it's always in the side and therewas nothing in the bag but the salad. I called and let them know and they had another delivered another one. No problem at all. After my meeting I ran to the kitchen to n finally eat my salad before I had to get on another call. I opened the salad threw on the dressing and took a bite right into an onion. Tons of red onions in the salad. I called and said I wanted my money back I was definitely upset that my order was messed up twice. They agreed to give me the money back but unfortunately I threw the salad in the trash and I was denied a refund. Very sad. Very unprofessional. I understand people do things like this to get a free lunch but I constantly order from them, clearly I wasn't looking to get something for free. The man i spoke to didn't yell but was not very friendly and understanding. Shameful this is what loyalty will get you. About a half hour after the call I received a text from the man who denied my refund saying the manager approved the credit but I explained that I was no longer interested and will no longer be doing business with them. No one was rude, yelled or aggressive on either side but this situation could have been handled much better being that I am a continued customer.

Pizza arrived one hour late its ice cold. We had to literally heat it up in the oven. Called them and said it would arrive any minute but any minute took 20 minutes to deliver what could have been frozen pizza

Average pizza shop on Jamaica avenue, Richmond Hill section. Street parking difficult on that block. Nothing special about their pizza or other food, but longer than average wait time for basic cheese pie.
