Split a order of a full turkey sub french fries and onion rings. Everything was delicious. Only problem was paid six dollars for six onion rings. Was expecting more than six onion rings.
Cargies BBQ showed up at MineKill State Park, and the food was delicious! The bbq chicken was juicy, and the ribs were tender and packed with flavor. Mac n cheese was good, too. I will be following the BBQ food truck and see where they are going next!
I haven't been to the actual location, but Cargies catered to an fundraising event I supported (church youth program in Cobleskill). Having grown up in Florida, it's often difficult to find good southern cookin' up here in New York, and I sometimes miss the taste of home. That half chicken BBQ dinner took me back, and, pardon my french, was the best damn food I've had in a good long while! Only thing missing was the fried green tomatoes! I can't wait for...
