Wowwwww! Joe hooked us up with an amazing 40th birthday luau spread! Everyone raved about the food and you would not believe his custom grill! Joe is not only a great caterer but a lovely, friendly man who makes sure you are enjoying yourself while the party ran flawlessly. He was flexible with the menu and helped accommodate our vegetarian guests who were very happy as well. He also recommended great bartenders and wait staff who were A++. Couldn’t have been a better party.
I highly recommend them.
Joe and his team are INCREDIBLE. They catered our wedding for ~200 and the food was a main topic. It was so important to me to have the food cooked there and it have a story and boy did it. We still get compliments on the brisket. Food aside - Joe is an incredible person that really clearly cares about his food, service, and the people around him and their experience. I can't thank him enough. Thank you!!!
