Horrible experience! Staff is unprofessional and food quality was a terrible. I purchased two pretzels and they were cold and hard. Taste like it’s been sitting there longer than it should have. I won’t ever spend my money here again. I have sent a customer complaint to guest relations. Please teach your employees how to be more respectful and professional to guest.

The workers made me feel unwelcome especially if I wanted to speak their foreign language. As I greet them, start, then the end, they ignored and don't care. Also the table is near this store, and I was sitting. Then after I ordered, then when I got outside, suddenly there is an African lady coming and was trying to sit back on the same place, but the lady snatched it and I don't know what she is saying. But I felt unhappy, assuming that she blamed on me that she thought I snatched her table. To that lady , HEY! I was born here since 1996!! I am naturised! This kind of lady should be deported cos I felt threatened by her, ruined our life. I should not sit here then should not have bought the food from Auntie annie at all to avoid those two big disappointments. I literally don't feel welcomed in this spot, overall! Felt disappointed by the workers here, and a stranger approached to the table, totally humiliated!!! I think this world going to end because of such unwelcoming atmosphere and disrespecting me and local citizen as this happened this way... In terms of foreign language, they look like they can understand Spanish so I greeted them in their language, but they didn't hear me and just doing something else. This is why I felt disappointed.

So not good.. My first time.. The hot dog rolls burnt outside.. nice.. inside the Flour Dough was 100 0/0 RAW OMG.So Dangerous.. I had to spit it out and threw it in the trash bin. The Flimsy Juice Paper Cup .. Oboy.. I tried to pick it up normally but the Juice squeezed out all Over The Counter And Floor ... OBOY WHAT A MESS. 👎🏼👎🏼

I asked for the new nacho bites and the cashier got annoyed and slammed her hip and it said it would be a 10 minute wait cause they had to make it. How unprofessional you show to the customer that you have the lazy attitude. I just left.

The frozen drinks are delicious, they are of great temperature, flavors are all amazing. The restaurant is small, but is able to serve much customers in expected time with desire. I love being in here, I feel welcomed, respected, I become amazed with what they have to serve me.

I was lucky to be around themall last Saturday whenAuntie Anne's staff weregiving out Free Samples oftheir mango frost lemonade.Drink was refreshing and perfect for the warmweather, ended up buying one and some of their minipretzel dogs for my kids.The girls at the counterwere kind enough to teachme how the Auntie Anne's app works.

girls at the front i think their names were brenda and xilaudie were super rude to me, they acted racist and rude towards me bc i was brown skin and counting coins. never will i come here again, i heard them mutter “susio negro”
