I was lucky to be around themall last Saturday whenAuntie Anne's staff weregiving out Free Samples oftheir mango frost lemonade.Drink was refreshing and perfect for the warmweather, ended up buying one and some of their minipretzel dogs for my kids.The girls at the counterwere kind enough to teachme how the Auntie Anne's app works.

Very small place only holds about 6 people at a time, but great pretzels and very great service. Pretzels were very fresh and I got mines for free as Auntie Ann's was going away free pretzels if you downloaded their app that day. I go there everytime I'm in the area. Thank you...

Quaint little spot in the center plaza. Pretzels are great prices are a little steep especially for the sauces. I'd say there's a 40% chance at any time there are no pretzel dogs or minis, which can be extremely disappointing when you go there specifically for them. I'd give the franchise a 4* and the staff a 2*, lines are long and they're always out of product

This store or its owner/manager has to be reported to corporate because they have advertised hours that they never follow. They do whatever they want to do. We made a special trip and arrived at 6:30 to only find our that they are closed. The door was open and woman was cleaning the floor. When I asked what time they are open until they told me 7. I said but it’s only 6:30 and her response was we are cleaning now so we can close at 7. The whole staff needs to be gotten rid off or retrained. I work for corporate company too and if I would pull off something like that I would be crucified by customers and fired on a spot. I don’t know why nothing is ever done about this location. They do there whatever they want. This is not the first time when I find them closed when they are supposed to be open.

The pretzel nuggets weren't really fresh, not the best not auntie Anne's I ever had but it's edible. Also they had no drinks available besides lemonade. The meal was more expensive than it was in a different location.
