I am a lawyer and as of October 3, 2024 will be filing a lawsuit. There is a racist bartender who has “banned” me from the bar despite me asking to see the manager/owner. This is a good place drinks-wise but they do not vet their employees.
Btw, lawsuit will be under the NYC Human Rights Law 8-107(4)
