I tried this New Restaurant, and wow!! The food was very delicious. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised with the low cost of such large portions as opposed to other restaurants I had visited. The beef tacos are my favorites.

This spot just recently opened on Saturday. I was told the inauguration is on Saturday Dec. 7th. Upon entering the place is dressed up in mexican colors and it just stands out. The menu isnt yet fully available since they just opened up but was told would be available after the 7th. The server was very polite and patient and even mentioned a free taco for their grand opening. I had a cafe de olla which was really good also had a Jamaica agua fresca. As for food I ordered a Carnitas Quesadilla and a Carnitas Cemita. The carnitas were full of flavor and freshness which is hard to come across nowadays. The tortillas are hand made too! Its as authentic as it gets. If they keep this up they will have much success. I would absolutely be back.

This is now one of the best Mexican restaurants in the neighborhood and setting a high bar. The food was amazing and I’ll for sure be coming back. I was brought a taco on the house when first being seated and it was not only yummy but the tortillas are made fresh in house! I ordered the chicken mole plate and can honestly say it was a top 5 mole I’ve had in NYC. So many places just use premade can of sauce, but you can taste the passion and that it’s all made in house from scratch. If they were to get some beer on their menu or some margs that would be amazing. :)

Let's get right to it and what we ate. We ate guacamole with tortilla chips, mixed shrimp soup, carnitas gorditas, beef nachos, carnitas tacos, carnitas fiesta platter, and drank tamarind Jarritos Mexican sodas. Next time we’ll leave room for dessert. Every dish we ate was delicious authentically Mexican flavors traditionally handmade from the warm tortillas to the spicy salsas everything made in-house by a woman Chef. The portion size was generous. Family and group friendly or dine alone and you can reserve the restaurant for private events. Upon entering the handwoven Mexican tablecloth, and hand-painted chairs the hanging beautiful macaw bird sculptures on the yellow wall grabbed our attention and lured our appetite. We felt like we were family from the welcoming staff and how they suggest dishes to try. Come hungry and relax to connect with family and friends without having to cook.
