Literally saw a roach walking around the sprinkles I left immediately I usually go here and the workers are nice kids but seeing this big roach around the food really made me gag and think about all the ice creams I’ve ordered here if this place is this unsanitary health and food services need to get on this location asap

I like this Carvel and generally am pleased with the service but this is the second time I’ve come here to be told that they’re “not making shakes” right now. It’s four hours before the store is closing. I’m not sure if it’s because they’ve already cleaned the blender but it’s strange that an ice cream shop stops making milkshakes at a certain time.

I ordered a small cone of soft ice creamI was shocked when I was charged for it to be sxcact $5.68I used to pay for it $1.25.Price couldn't go up so high.It's just unbelievable.

The icecream was good. Only the girl behind the counter didn't make you feel welcomed. She seemed annoyed! The door on DD side was locked at 9:15 pm where we found parking.

Worst customer service. I have came here for a while, which everything was great. After I walked in after my eye doctor appointment my vision was incredibly blurry and I was trying to read the menu, however the employees kept hounding me to order every five seconds, which then they gave me the wrong item due to them not listening. If they could tell I was having a hard time reading the menu from my body language, maybe they would understand to give me a couple minutes. By the way, the wrong item they gave me was absolutely disgusting, which was the strawberry soft serve. I ordered a strawberry sundae; not strawberry soft serve. The flavor they gave me tasted like medicine. If I'm ready to order, I'll let you know, you don't need to constantly ask me If I am ready. I would like compensation from this obnoxious and worst customer service experience I've had in a while.

Oh my God why can't I not say about Carvel's great birthday cakes ice cream cakes are the best at Carvel's besides you never walk out of there with a cake you always wind up getting a vanilla Sunday with sprinkles which the ice cream is amazing and delicious

Always friendly. Ice cream is good. Good selection. When I went there was only one person manning the store but she was nice and polite and the people on the line were patient. Overall a good experience.
