This Carvel is the absolute best it also has a Cinnabon bakery onsite. I made a custom order fresh out of the oven without frosting, Delicious just the way I love it. I highly recommend it if in the area. It's the perfect combination of BAKE and ICE CREAM.👌👌👌

I’ve never had a problem with this store. I’ve always been delighted by the ice cream and customer service. But I can’t let this go unsaid. I was with my girlfriend when we ordered two scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone. As we received it back, we both immediately noticed a large single strand of hair on the scoop of ice cream. We did what anyone would have done. We brought it to the attention of the employee that scooped it out for us. And to say I was a bit shocked is an understatement. She didn’t even take the ice cream back but just reached her hand over the counter to pull the hair out, and expected us to be content with that response. We kindly asked her to please just redo the order but we observed her place the scoop of ice cream that once had a hair on it, back into the bucket of ice cream and take another scoop out. Very lazy move and what seemed to be a desperate move to save a scoop of ice cream for the next customer! Extremely unsanitary move! Happened at approximately 6pm on Tuesday March 12th. Employee needs serious retraining!

This has been my favorite place for years, it’s my go to when I’m craving a snack. Lately the service just isn’t what it use to be. I got asked for my order three times, with no proper hand off or communication. I ordered the other day and then the lady started yelling in a different language walked away, greeted me and asked for my order again, then walked away and then I was assisted by another young woman where I was asked for my order a third time. Her customer service was not good and it just negatively dampens the experience. Recently they have been rude and rushing service. I get if the first woman doesn’t speak English or struggles, but maybe don’t come to the counter to assist if you are not going to be able to communicate with customers. Her and the young girl also went back and forth which is just not professional in front of customers. This could have affected the customer service but it’s not the customer’s issue and should not be poured over into that interaction.

Small portions online vs. in-person portions is annoying. But that doesn't affect the awesome creamy flavors.
