my experience was okay, i visit around noon it wasn’t busy at all, the slice was good and fresh.

The owner of this establishment is rude and inconsiderate, spend your money elsewhere. His delivery drivers are incompetent and delivered my food to the wrong address and they refused to fix their mistake. The food is subpar at best.

Jeff is an amazing person and the food is good, however his employees are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. One of the employees disrespected me for no reason. Jeff did yell at him and jeff apologized to me, however the employee kept yelling at me. It’s just sad how people treat others bad for no reason. I love Jeff because he’s good to me, but I will never go back to this pizza shop.

I came in and really needed to use the bathroom, I couldn't hold it anymore. Some chubby dude by the counter with a beard starts shouting "whoa whoa whoa, where are you going? Bathroom is for customers only!" I tell him "I am a customer and I need the bathroom" he yells "you're not a customer you didn't buy anything" i explain to him "I am a customer and I need to use the bathroom" he goes on "about how the bathroom is for customers only, you are not a customer and you can't use the bathroom here". I expressed to him "is this how you treat your customers?" He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't care if I return and how he doesn't need my business and to go elsewhere. It was very inhuman, anyone should be able to use the bathroom and wash their hands before buying things at your restaurant. Working in the food business they should be concerned that people have access to a clean bathroom to avoid spreading illness as well as just the general need to use the bathroom, did he expect me to stand and urinate at his doorstep or on the sidewalk? Does he prefer to clean people's urine and waste in front of his business? How do you have the nerve to tell customers who walk in that they aren't a customer and can't use a bathroom. I'm sorry but this place is trash. I can't believe the owner of this place permits customers to be spoken to and treated that way.

Definitely the worst pizzeria in New York, we wanted to eat pizza for 3 people, a friend of ours went inside and the employees there were very rude, do not go here if you do not want to be disgraced with your own money.
