Recently got the Grilled Chicken w/Rice and substituted salad for fries and a burger combo. Seems the quality has lowered, tasted like it was unseasoned, and fries were more soggy than crisp. Food wasn't in the container for long to justify the soginess, needing more time in the fryer in my opinion. It wasn't an issue months past, this seems to be recent as it has now happened twice. This is my go to and would hope it gets better once more. Happy to change my review once it has improved.

The food is always fresh, and if you want chicken done than having the ones that were sitting for less than 10 minutes they'll make it for you. Customer service is always top of the notch and they are very friendly here; The owner is also a very friendly and kind person. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes sure his workers are treated fairly as well.
Kid-friendliness: No one is disrespectful here and the environment is full of kids.
