The two times I’ve ordered delivery from this location I had diarrhea. I thought it might have been something I ate before ordering but the second time confirmed it for me. Also, why am I tipping the delivery driver if they don’t leave the food at my door? Both times they’ve made me go downstairs to grab it.

I entered my apartment correctly on the app with the app still defaulted to the building next-door. It’s not across the street. It’s literally next-door. It’s literally a business. You can’t confuse it for an apartment complex. Despite me paying a tip in advance, the driver acted indignant upon coming downstairs per his request no pizza insight. He shows me the receipt and says that it says it’s the building next-door. Despite me giving him instructions about what’s clear or him even asking for clarity he just expected me to come get my pizza. What if I was disabled? What if I couldn’t get it? What if I didn’t speak English? Never again and I’m never tipping in advanced.

Pizza is always fine (what you’d expect from dominos) but the delivery drivers always ignore delivery instructions and wait outside the apt building and make you come outside for them to hand you the food, even if you put contactless or leave at door. Drivers are always rude

One of the worst dominos I ever had. I had ordered for 4 toppings in total and it was the worst toppings I ever had over my pizza with little to no amount of toppings.
I recently ordered a pan pizza from this garbage restaurant on December 21st. I got food poisoning from the pizza amd was sick for 2 days. I have tried to call Xmas eve to speak to a Mgr and get my money back and I have rudely been brushed off and told to call back for various times when the Mgr. Will be there. Don't order from here ever .... worst dominoes ever. Should have known better..lesson learned the hard way. I was extremely ill . Worst pizza ever. Wings undercooked as well. Horrible . I would give a zero but have to post a star in order to post

Called and placed order ahead of time. Took more than 20 minutes to get ready and other customers entered and left the restaurant before me. MY ORDER WAS Wrong and the store attended hung up the phone on me when I was explaining this!!

I had a free pizza coupon I ordered and in the end the total was $10.33 when, the address arrived late the delivery was in another location, it arrived and they give me an invoice for 33.73 I call and in the store the one who answers does not hear the request I am making and only says that he does not know what happened, that there is no coupon applied, I enter the app again and my coupon is already used, he only hangs up my call and again when calling he leaves me on hold. Another worker answers and they communicate it to the first one I spoke to and he says that he can only give me a 50% discount for what happened. And my money what? And this badly cut and cold pizza? There is no solution to the problems. Terry store.

I placed an order, was charged and when i went to go pick it up they said someone had already picked it up and showed a screenshot of my order which is impossible. They refused to give me my money back, remake my order and told me that my phone might be hacked. Don’t come here unless you want to be scammed out your money.

Absolutely AVOID this place if you can, terrible service they charged me for an order that wasn’t mine at first and then they gave me someone else’s order, my order was suppose to be ready at 8:30PM but I didn’t get to leave the place until 9:12PM. Absolutely TERRIBLE service and there’s only one black guy busting his ass working and every other Indian worker slacking off hiding in the back.
