America is the best part about this place; she takes her time, never rushes people and is always so warm in conversation. For how busy this location is, they manage time well. I never have to wait more than 7 minutes or so from an order.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My family and I bought food and were sitting for less than 15 minutes. A worker came over and told us we had to leave because we “didn’t buy anything,” even though we literally just finished eating. The way she raised her voice made the whole situation uncomfortable. No customer should be treated like that.

Idk what happened to this Dunkin. Used to be my go to in the morning for coffee/snack before work but the quality after the renovation has plummeted. I order any type of food and it legitimately seems like they couldn’t care less. They either burn it, give you 2 or 3 tiny burnt pieces of old bacon, or don’t toast the food at all. Also, since they moved Salina(the only friendly associate) off of the pick up area the customer service has gone way down hill. They don’t say hello, they avt annoyed when you ask for the straws that you’ll need to drink your coffee and I’d rather just walk down the road to the other Dunkin where at least the food is okay.

Bought something and didn’t receive the corresponding change and i told the elder cashier lady about it literally 5 seconds after she gave me the wrong change back …made me come back 2 times and wad even rude about giving me the just change….she is always rude !!!

The last 2 times I came here the experience was bad. One time I got 2 orders of the veggie egg white bites, one of them smelled so bad and nauseating like a rotten dumpster smell. I didn't want to come here again but it was a hot day and wanted an iced latte, I came in, it wasn't busy at all, the old lady didn't even greet me she was putting money in the register, I thought about leaving cuz I felt ignored then after a waiting a bit she finally took my order and as I was making it a custom order I felt very judged, she kept questioning the choices I made on my latte then when I got it it was way too sweet than other Dunkin donuts and the expresso in it tasted bitter and gross. I'm never coming here again! 🤮 They also took out some tables for customers, no idea why!

DO NOT GET THE BERRY REFRESHER, I just threw it up😭 idk if they used rotten berries or smth but something wasn’t right and I’ve been sick all day. The donut was good ig🥲

On October 8, 2024 I placed an order on the app and waited at the pick up counter for 10mins for my order. When I did not see it, I asked the employee at the pick up counter about my order. He said that they did not have the item that I ordered and I have to choose something else by the cashier. I told the cashier that after they received my order, they should have told me that they did not have the item and to choose something else instead of making me wait for so long. The cashier argued with me and said how would he have known since I ordered it on the app. He missed my point completely and he raised his voice and argued with me. I understand that it is not the store’s fault for being out of an item that I ordered on the app (I do not have a problem with that). I am annoyed that they made me wait for 10 mins without telling me that they did not have the item and the cashier raised his voice and argued with me! Terrible customer service.

Ordered my breakfast from the app picked it up and went to eat it and noticed it had a egg looking thing I googled it and sure enough there was a roach egg, she refused to give me my money back

Every time I’m here it’s always dirty. This time I came and it was even worse. Saw a guy rolling a blunt right in front of employees and didn’t say anything. Also while in this place saw an employee seating on the countertop right next to the chocolate machine. This place lacks safety and sanitation.
