I recently stopped by this Dunkin’ to grab a drink, but first went to use the bathroom. About 20 minutes prior, my friend had come in to use the restroom and ordered three orders of hash browns for us—two regular and one loaded. Unfortunately, the hash browns were overly salty, dry, and overheated. He mentioned that one of the employees was nice but forgot to give him ketchup—not a huge issue.
After using the bathroom, I was looking forward to an iced sweet drink and asked about the lemonade flavors. The man at the counter responded in a way that came off as annoyed, asking, “What do you mean, what flavors?” He pointed to the drink handles but did so with a condescending attitude, making me feel as though he was trying to belittle me without directly saying it. He then pointed to the screen and snapped, “You can’t read?”
I calmly asked why he couldn’t just tell me the flavors and questioned why he was being rude. I didn’t have my glasses on, so reading from a distance wasn’t an option. Informing customers about the menu is part of the job, and simply listing the flavors would’ve taken him seconds. At that point, I told him never mind, I don’t want anything, and he replied with, “I know,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional, if I didn’t leave with a purchase is because of how he treated me.
This employee was a middle eastern man with glasses. He was incredibly disrespectful, making for an unpleasant experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I went by today in the early afternoon for the New Halloween basket deal which they were out of? There was a young female who was courteous and ask another man that came out the back looking annoyed and said they were out of the donuts. He didn’t even offer anything else or offered to make some more. That was odd. Dunkin’ Donuts runs out of donuts or employees not wanting to make more. Went to the next Dunkin’ and was excited on how many donuts they had and fresh also! Kudos to the location by Wyckoff heights hospital for having what’s advertised.

Just left here. Asked for an iced coffee. Watched ten people get their orders — I showed them my receipt which shows I’m still waiting for an iced coffee. The blonde girl made a hot coffee — I told the guy I’ll just take it, and I heard her mutter “oh well”.

Amazing and courteous team. Mannerism goes a long way. Thank you Norma and Imran - you handled multiple orders for over 600 items with absolute efficiency, grace, and without compromising taste and ofc cleanliness. Chain/franchise stores don’t always get the customer service and integrity aspects right - this Dunkin is an exception.
Parking: Easy to park - over twelve Parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the front of the store and sidewalks are accesible. Ample space for wheelchair accessible parking spots.

Just to say... if you are coming for coffee varieties and seasonal drinks!? Good place for it. Nothing fancy but delicious ( also depends on the staff that's is making your drink. ) I believe they read the instructions for every drink to be made by the name, but no every one of the staff follows the introductions step by step. Because I try my coffee, the same flavor in different locations, and taste different. The staff at this location was no cordial. almost angry to serve you. No, even a little smile. Definitely, I will not come back to this Dunkin .Sending always positive energy all around to all. Kisses and hugs king size muuuah. Be safe and stay healthy
