Horrible customer service dragging themselves to attend you. Food is horrible no taste what so ever. Aside the lady brings the wrong order we asked for!! When we asked her can she change it, the food was not touched she said “no so why did you touch the food if it was thr wrong order”. We still payed the price but left it there did not eat at all. Dont waste your time coming here you will leave disappointed.

they dont care about you as a guest they care about payday only.. i have some issues wiht my order delivery was the package was bad packed like messy it came my soup spilling everywhere lol call them for a solution they make me feel like i was wronf never ordering from this dude ever again... better places out there they need to listen to the guest and nor ther egos

If I could give 0 starts I would... use to order once In while with a few minors issues but last one was just the last time I will go under this situation.. order a caldo de bola and they sent it to me without meat and la bola... I payed for it called the restaurant and they will not help me with the situation after explaining they told me to wait they will sent me me a new one.. I didn't even eat the soup they sent me 1st to return it to them.. them after an hour they call me back to apologize cause they're busy and what not I was starving at that point.. really unprofessional people working and the manager or owner doesn't care about the costumers.... no ordering here anymore.

I ordered the pescado encocado. The fish smelled very fishy and not fresh and tasted very fishy, also. There are many great Ecuadorian restaurants in the area. Skip it and thank me later.
