Food made fresh and quick. Have been here many times for pick up and delivery. However, tonight was a different experience. My General Chicken was very dry. Not just the chicken but there was no sweet gravy at all. My boneless spare ribs were burnt and so dry that it was inedible. The dry noodles for the soups are very stale. Lo mean, white rice, spring rolls and egg rolls, Chicken and broccoli were very good as usual. Maybe they can't handle big orders?

My family was served food with a maggot in it. When we took it back to the restaurant they initially refused to refund the order and ultimately got confrontational with my elderly father.

They gave me the wrong egg foo young order and with no brown gravy. When I called to complain about not being able to eat white rice or an omelette without gravy she basically said I ordered incorrectly and the driver wouldn’t drive to my home to correct their error. If they can’t be reliable or correct their mistake then they are not worth having my business. Extremely poor customer service!!!
