I ordered a breakfast French toast and a tres leches. The tres leches doesn’t have an expiration date written on it. When I went to eat the tres leches, the bottom milk was separating like when it expires. Also, the French toasts was more like a regular toast. No flavor Nada. Cashier tipped herself out of the change she owed me. Thanks, but no thanks. Won’t come back.

Ordered the shrimp mofongo via Grubhub. Absolutely disgusting, the mofongo had a consistency close to mangu. Literally a big block of flavorless ‘mofongo’ surrounded by medium-sized shrimp. Oddly the dish already came dressed in sauce which surprised me, I prefer the items separate. They have their own delivery guy and he was rude- no greeting and couldn’t even reply to my verbal thank you. The order arrived much later than the Grubhub estimate. The shrimp tasted okay but the mofongo was horrible- lacking flavor and the consistency of baby food. I don’t recommend.

Not even worth one star the orders are taken wrong.The bread be hard and stale I complained and didn't even get offered a solution terrible serve especially if ordering for delivery.

We placed an order of pernil thru Seamless, and received what appeared to be a potential combination meal instead.
We called the restaurant and explained the mistake, only to deal with the absolute rudest female employee, who angrily barked at me in Spanish that customers normally order the combination plate. Was she expecting me to thank her for incorrectly sending what she thought I ordered instead of what I actually ordered?
We ultimately agreed to exchange the combo plate for a medium sized pernil, and the replacement we received looked like the old burnt scrapings from the bottom of the plate.
Please see the attached pictures of the combo plate (A large tub of rice, a small coffee cup of "beans", and a plastic side-salad tub of pernil), as well as the shredded greasy replacement, which we paid $16.95 for, only to have it end up in the trash.
The worst ham I've ever seen. First they sent the wrong order, and to replace it they gave me a pernil that was all overcooked enough to make rice with streaky chicken. Horrible as if it were the ham from days ago, it didn't even have a build, everything was in tatters. I don't know what kind of service they have. I had to throw it away. I will never order from there again.

I ordered a mangu with the tres golpes. I was so disappointed. The mangu was like a thick nasty paste. The cheese and eggs were thinner than paper. They just cut onions and put it on there. No flavor at all. Overall not good at all

Great restaurant, I’ve only ordered through UberEats, however every time the food came well packed, and still hot and tasting amazing. Their chicken soup is one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended.
