Food arrived but without a fork for the 2nd time even though when placing order I've asked for utensils. Lunch break wasted.
Well when I first walked into this establishment there was a lady there that greeted me with nothing but friendliness and kindness and took my order to her perfection on what I wanted and on top of that I think they were top 100 and the best Chinese food restaurants but I didn't ask but other than that the food was really delicious and amazing and this is my new go to spot for sure... One of the best Chinese restaurants in New York City even though they don't accept debit cards the place is still amazing I didn't have to wait online I didn't have to wait for others it was just me and me only.
The Singapore mei fun was perfectly spiced with just the right balance of heat and savory flavor, while the chicken and broccoli was tender, fresh, and coated in a deliciously rich sauce. Together, they made for an incredibly satisfying meal—I’d absolutely recommend it!Perfect place for take out.
About as solid as you can get for a local Chinese spot. I felt the food was top notch, albeit a bit on the pricey side. The portions were large enough to almost justify the inflated prices. The lady working during the day is very pleasant, but the man working later in the evening was a bit rude.
Lele the flower was awesome, amazing customer service, ordered two simple orders for my workers, got the order correct gave a little discount and hook me up with a lunch too for a very good price
I haven't used this restaurant in 10 years since they charged me for an item but didn't give it to me. I called them but they wouldn't fix the issue. I tried them now because they are one of the few that still have Fantail Shrimp and the prices they have online showed they no longer charge 20% more than anyone else. Buyer beware; their prices are really 20% to 30% more for the same food as their competitors. The quality of the food is not better. They stay in business because they are the only Chinese restaurant within walking distance of their location. If you can go somewhere else.
They are so nice, and the food was delicious!
Good food, nice customer service, quick delivery.

I love this place. Great food and excellent portions. The only thing I would complain about is the inaccuracy of their prices. The website and the menu will say completely different things as opposed to what you’ll actually pay. If they just remained a little consistent on that front they would be the best by a mile. Excellent service otherwise and my go to. I wouldn’t give them a knock on the letter grade as it seems a majority of restaurants in the area got hit with the inspector which is both alarming and odd.

The food is really good but delivery always takes too long and food arrives luke warm. They can't maintain an "A" rating from the health department. WORST OF ALL the owner raises prices 3 to 4 times a year. Why should it cost $25 + a tip for 3 small items for 1 person? The owner is greedy. I am done with King Wah after 10+ years of being a loyal customer.
