This message is McDonald’s corporate. You have a great, hard working staff, that are always on the ball. But your app and kiosk systems suckkkkk!!! It stresses everybody out cause customers are mad, which is irritating for the whole work environment. I couldn’t even order food tonight becausei didn’t have cash. Fix it corporate!!

They are all over the place, I ordered my food they didn't have no paper for the receipt. I had to wait like 10 minutes for my drinks because the soda machine ran out so my french fries got cold

WORSE service in my life. I don't expect McDonald's to have top tier service, but how is it that I place a mobile order from home, walk 15min to this location, and my order wasn't even started on. This happened at least on 3 different occasions. ? it's as if the morning weekend crew has NO sense of urgency, letting the orders pileup on them ... making me miss TWO trains to work back to back just waiting on their lethargic behind. I get it - i pass thru at really early hours, so things may not be readily available to zoom thru and get ready, but watching folks goof off makes me question much
