I went to buy some food and drink the cashier in the drive thru so rude.customer service terrible I ask for my receipt and he have and attitude.also I have a drink he don't give me any straw. Or napkins for my food. I don't understand why this people working with customers. He have 0 customer service . Poor company have people like him. Also I forget his name is. Sidel. Also he charge me for regular drink. When the drink is included in the meal. Terrible person.

This McDonald’s has the rudest and most incompetent staff. We ordered 2 medium shakes and they didn’t fill them all the way so essentially they were small sizes in medium cups. When we complained, staff said “yeah, that’s just the machine” and when we asked them to fix it, they flat out refused. Emily, the manager, refused to help. This place is awful - always missing items from our orders. They need serious retraining. Stay away!

How can you take someone's order ask you to check it on the screen to see if everything is correct then forget 2 of the 3 main items then forget my drinks. After going back inside to get my drinks they gave me diet sodas. After going back inside to get non-diet drinks plus the 2 cheese burgers and the 10 piece nuggets I now noticed weren't given to me the said that they only had diet cola at the time and that the other items were given to me already. Unacceptable they are lucky that people still give them business. It's only because they are supposed to be quick and tasty which they are neither. I give it 2 stars only because they have ample parking and a restroom that wasn't locked for customers to use all day.
They locked the doors and wouldn't let me in. The facility is open 24 hours a day.

This McDonald’s unfortunately is the closest to my house. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and i should’ve known better and checked because like i said i frequent this location so many times they forget to put things in the bag, but the lady so confidently told me my juices were in the boxes and when i got home they definitely were but was missing both fries in both orders. They really really suck. So check your bag before you leave the drive through because 9 times out of 10 they forget items. Also i don’t write reviews usually but this location is terrible.
