Worker had trouble communicating basic information and became very confusing so I canceled the order.
My reward points were stolen for a reward I never claimed and were not added back to my account

Really not happy with the direction mcdonalds is going I went to the other one on maurice ave and I found hair in my food!

The store was closed to everything but the drive thru and they refused to take our order despite being listed as 24 hours. Update information if you’re going to be closed.

The food was decent but the 1 worker wasn't polite but everyone else was fine. It was really dirty and loud in their. The worker that wasn't polite ignored me and my family. They messed up my order the first time (forgot 2 Patty's) then when to go get it fixed then they messed it up again. I would not recommend.

Came for a drive thru breakfast. Poorly trained staff. They just shove the food into your hands and leave the window. Never asking if you need anything else (which we did). And when we did ask for additional items, the woman at the window responded with the most condescending and disrespectful manner.

Five stars aren’t enough!

A few days ago, I stopped by McDonald’s with my reactive pitbull to grab a quick treat — it happened to be his birthday, but I had no plans to celebrate it publicly. What happened next completely blew me away.

Without me saying a word, the entire staff — led by the amazing Belissa and the incredible MetroTeam — spontaneously gathered to celebrate his special day. They sang Happy Birthday, clapped, and even chanted his name. For a dog who’s had a tough life — mostly because of the stigma attached to his breed — this was more than just a kind gesture. It was the best birthday of his life.

My dog lives for ice cream, and thanks to this amazing team, he got the greatest gift he could ever receive: joy, recognition, and love.

To Belissa and the entire McDonald’s crew — thank you for seeing his heart, not just his breed. You made both of us feel so special, and I’ll never forget it.

Horrible experience at drive thru just now. The date is Wednesday May 14 20. Whoever that girl was at the drive thru at 7pm was very rude. I get it it’s just fast food but some common curtesy is appreciated. I get it we all have bad days or may hate our job but don’t take it out on customers.
