Saw this place had good reviews so I walked in. I went to look at the menu and staff not very helpful but I said fine I'll get a turkey hero. The bread for the hero was the same size as the roll so I said I'll just get a roll why pay more for the same product. He asked me if I wanted cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo yes because what's a sandwich without it right.. I go to pay and that's when I was told you pay extra for the cheese,lettuce,tomatoes and mayo. Um what? I didn't see a deluxe option on the menu. That being said the bread was old mayo had a funky taste to it I didn't even finish my rip off of a sandwich and now I have stomach aches had to call out sick from work. First and 100% the last time I go there. Definitely do not recommend this place for a quick sandwich.

I stopped by here for a quick bite before heading to the city and I was very pleased ?.I got a sausage, egg and cheese wrap and an ice coffee. Food was great and coffee was perfect.They also have a few seats outside in case you need to eat and go!

Great Deli!! I know Mike since I moved into neighborhood 5 years. It is old traditional New York City deli. They make great sandwiches and hot food also.

As a kid growing up in LI I would go to local deli and it never was a disappointment what I ordered was tasty good fresh and made with love... Mike's embraces old school NY deli... all made with love. I HAVE YET TO WALK INTO THE PLACE.. LOL (NAH I WONT PLUG IN THE DELIVERY SERVICE HERE) BUT I K OW WHEN I DO.. ITS GOING TO BE LIKE WALKING INTO MY CHILDHOOD DELI!! ? ?? ? THANK YOU!!!

We love everything and everyone from Mike's deli. If you live in the area and have not had at least a sandwich from here, get to it! You will not be disappointed

There was a shard if hard plastic in my food. When I called the man told me it was plastic when I claimed it was glass which shows he knew it was in it. Then after that he proceeded to say he didn't know how it got in there.

Really liked this store. Had a great community vibe. It is apparent that the owner and workers are a part of the neighborhood, and treat the customers like family.Food was made fresh and tasted great, even though all I had was the grilled cheese with bacon. Looking forward to trying the rest of their offerings at another time.
