By far the worst location 1/10 stars. This location has been really disappointing despite giving it a chance for the 3rd attempt. Grilled cheese sandwich was burnt making this unpleasant to eat. Like why? I would not recommend this Panera at all. Save your money.

So slow, there's a reason this place is the worst rated panera bread in NYC. They are so sluggish. Ordered online to pick up came 30 minutes after placing order and food not ready. It's just a sandwich and it wasn't even busy. They have one guy who's very slow making the sandwiches while everyone else just looks confused. Seen someone get upset over the ridiculous wait. Just close down or change management already.

Great location in Brooklyn they have parking spots (not a lot but they have ) so is very convenient special in brooklyn, the order for pickups is very efficient

Panera Bread on Metropolitan Ave is one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy bite. The food is consistently fresh and delicious love their soups, salads, and of course, the bread! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for both dine-in and takeout.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the waiting time during busy hours it can take a while to get your order. Also, customer service can feel a bit rushed or inattentive at times, depending on who’s working.
Still, it’s a reliable spot with a great menu and plenty of seating. I’ll definitely keep coming back, just with a little extra patience!
