Terrible customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong item. The girl at the register, not sure if she was a manager or not,would make this worst if she is actually. She did nothing to make sure my experience was positive. I have gone to many other establishments where they make sure I am ordering something I would enjoy or want. The killer part, I ordered 2 items they had a bundle for at a better price and didn't even bother to let me know that's what I was ordering and just charged full price for both items. She had an attitude on top of all of that. Like it's my fault I spent my money there. I'm glad I had this negative experience and not come back. I am done with terrible service in 2026.

The woman in the front I think her name is Ateya was the worst person I ever had to deal with, and I saw roaches in the restaurant which is disgusting. The pizza was also disgusting and when I asked for a refund she said they don’t give refunds so I asked if they can just remake the pizza and she said no so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager on shift. So I asked why I could get a remake and she said it’s because I already ate some of the pizza and I wasn’t able to get a refund or a remake.

Worst Pizza Hut I ever ordered from , I waited two hours for a delivery ! No communication! Nothing! Every time I called they hanged up fast like if they seen the caller id . If they can’t handle the demand of orders then why open? Waste of time honestly

First time at this location and there were two workers present that I saw. I ordered ahead and the food was ready, fresh, and still tasted good by the time I got home. The lady at the counter was really sweet to my son and I appreciate that.

The pizza I ordered tasted exactly how I imagined it, very good. The two woman who took my order were very nice and understanding rare to find in some places..I only gave the atmosphere a 1 star because there is no where to sit...it's a small little place really feels like best to order and pick up.
