Charming ambiance and good place for group dinner. This place is super famous for the 2 sheet lasagna but personally I was not a fan, instead I found the ricotta cavatelli pasta to be the star on the menu — also loved the almond tart (aromatic and nicely presented). Skip the skirt steak (prime cut is better) and polenta bread with calabrion chili (take sesame & wild oregano instead). Very kind staff: Hunter was exceptional with service and made us feel very welcome !

Get the two-layer lasagna. Get the polenta bread. Basically, get the wood fired stuff. Both had this extra chewy texture contrasted with the bits of crispiness from the fire. A+

We had the best experience at Rolo’s a few months ago. We arrived right before they opened and had brunch at the bar. It happened to be a long time bartender’s (Johnny I think) last day. His energy and all the staff we interacted with were phenomenal. The burger is as good as people say but we also very much enjoyed the ‘Mrs crispy’ and the ‘war style’ potatoes. Service, food and vibe were all 10/10. We will definitely be back!
