I got the wagyu steak salad medium rare. steak was perfectly cooked. however salad was just one vegetable it seems. got hints of bitterness through certain bites but it was balanced out by the lemon. overall great concept! Green juice was a surprising refresher, just had a tad too much ice.
The atmosphere was a constant flurry of loud music unfortunately so it seemed ppl talked louder to overcome that. I had a lunch for one and didn’t quite find that enjoyable because of it.

I’ve always been told the best meals transport you to an entirely different place and time. Cozy up at a booth at Rolo’s, and it’s very likely that will happen. A trio of dishes — lasagne, skirt steak, and squash — knocked my socks off. Can’t wait to go back for the brown butter tart, too.

Charming ambiance and good place for group dinner. This place is super famous for the 2 sheet lasagna but personally I was not a fan, instead I found the ricotta cavatelli pasta to be the star on the menu — also loved the almond tart (aromatic and nicely presented). Skip the skirt steak (prime cut is better) and polenta bread with calabrion chili (take sesame & wild oregano instead). Very kind staff: Hunter was exceptional with service and made us feel very welcome !
