I always mobile order and my drinks are never ready on arrival. My last visit on 10/18, I ordered a venti honey citrus mint tea and a potato, cheddar, and chive bake at 1403. When I arrived approximately 1410 the food was sitting in the pick up area and not the tea. I waited close to ten additional minutes before asking for my mobile tea order. The barista simply said hold on and then finally made it. So twenty plus minutes for a hot tea. By then my food item was cold. Smh.

There’s always issues when I order and the store itself isn’t the most functional and typically chaotic and disorganized so I order. I received my order with my sandwich missing and a half filled drink with ice. Disappointing. And uber eats won’t refund just order from Dunkin’s next door at least they get the orders right

How is this that I’m ordering my drink 5 train stops ahead of time, I get there and wait another 5 minutes and my drink still isn’t ready? It’s happened multiple times at this location. I have even missed my train because of it and ended up being very late for work because the 3 train schedule is terrible. This morning only one girl was making drinks. She was moving as fast as she could. Meanwhile, another girl was standing there waiting for the snacks at the microwave. There should be multiple people making drinks in the morning, especially since it’s busy and there are so many orders. It’s quite frustrating because I don’t know how much further ahead I need to order to even get my drink in time. I had to leave again without a drink so I don’t miss my train like I did last time, and then had to wait 19 minutes for the next train which made me very late for work!

Ordered from ubereats and they didnt pack my turmeric drink or my feta wrap in the bag and Uber thinks im lying since so much was missing from my order. I only received a dollar refund.
