The guy behind to counter was pleasant. I didn't have to repeat what order but he did double check with me. I wish he wasn't the only person working there. He was cleaning and helping people. The sign that you guys don't take EBT cards was funny.

Came here at 830 for a sandwich sat down and at 8:40 the young man behind the counter yells at me and says we are closing. I replied: you want me to walk with my bread in my hand? According to the time listed, they close at 9pm. Please update your hours or coach your employees accordingly to not kick our customer before closing hours

Awesome location, restaurant, and foodThe restaurant is always clean, maintainedThe employees take their time while they let the customers take theirs, they listen to the orders carefully and give their customers their desire. I had their food and it was so good, even fresh too! I was so amazed! I shall be back soon.

I will never order from another Subway in my lifetimeWent to their website. Yesterday shows is amazing. Catering packages in four hours. Guess what they lie. No one subway in our area code for fill a 24 sandwich catering package they claim they can give us in four hours. I will never ever spend a dime in subways again they are horrible and no corporate number to call and make a voice complaint only email they kicked it to good it's time to close down subway people .

Found a hair in the lettuce. Not in my sandwich but I’m the actual lettuce container that everyone gets there lettuce from.I told the the guy that was making our sandwiches. He proceeds to take out the strand on long hair and tells the manager lady I got it out and then proceeds to put the container back to be used again. I told him it has to be discarded the manager woman saw and heard this and told him the same thing. I knew it was her hair she was the onlyemployee with long hair it wasn’t tied up she didn’t have on a hair net. I brought this to her attention and she was upset. She also proceeded to make other sandwiches and never put on a hair net. Gross!!!!!I eat a subways often it the best option out for me since I’m a pescatarian vegan.But won’t be back to this place unless I see hair nets!!! Great location and updated store. The guy that helped me was great! He did his job well, not his fault he was going to put the tray back after plucking out the hair, that falls on management poor employee training.Parking: Free for first 15mjns I believe

The man behind the counter was very rude and would not honor the coupon I had given him when I ordered my sandwich. Stated that that shop did not participate , even when there was a sign stating they did. He got very nasty and ran a put the sign in the back of the shop. A woman was also there and she had a coupon as well. When he refused to help us. She then recorded the sign and his attitude , he screamed ok and stol recording. Very disappointed in Subway service as I have used the coupons at other locations in Queens.

This location is TOTAL SCAMSelling 6” turkey sub for foot long price, too bad I didn’t paid attention when paying, 0 trust!!!! Also dirty and disgusting.

Nothing tastes great here the sandwich meat tastes like it on the out dated outside I ordered the subway club the roost beef tasted like it wasn't fresh.

Before placing an order I SPECIFICALLY asked if my choice of sandwich was included in the coupon. The same thing i had been ordering weekly for past 3 or 4 years. Didnt hear an asnswer but the nice gentleman started making it. After 15 min of waiting and making my choices the lady decided that she will not accept the coupon. I simply turned around and left.Her behavior toward the other employee was rude. He was in process of making my order and she simply run up on him took the measuring scoop from his hands and continued making sandwiches for somebody else. He waited for her to finish so he could continue with whatever he was doing.This behavior would not be acceptable in any other work environment.She should be sent to some kind of sensitivity training because from the way she spoke and acted towards costumers and coworkers in unacceptable

Great location. Seemed nice & clean.The Ice machine was totally out of ice. So I waited for 5+ minutes. The employees seemed to not careless. So I stood there feeling awkward. I asked an employee if I could just trade my (already paid for) fountain drink with no ice for a small bottle of lemonade. The employee pointed out there was a difference in price, then walked away.

I didnt like the way the lady was looking at me..it was super uncomfortable. So I didn't dine in..besides..they were with out mask on.which is super unhygienic.
