I bought a taco with hot potatoes. It's just terrible! The potato was like a stone. I tried to sit it down, but I had to throw it all away because I couldn't chew it.
I went on a Friday night around 9. It took around 30 minutes to get around 4 items.

The food, location, the staff members are all good. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and looks good, the seats are comfortable too.The kiosks are easy to use, it is a good environment, I enjoyed spending my time here. I also enjoyed my service too. It is a good restaurant. I will return.

This is consistently one of the most pathetic Taco Bells in NY.I don't think I've ever been here without either waiting 40 minutes for an order, or watching the staff trying to fight a customer. This time, half my order was missing, and the half that was actually given to me was completely unwrapped.An absolute joke.
